This video shows entry & exit for Transient Parkers (i.e. not using a Guest Room Key Card or Employee/Monthly card). This speed is REAL TIME!  We realize the video moves fast.  This is the best way to give you a sense of interacting with the parking system.  And to see how quickly you can get parkers in & out of your parking lot!
  • Entry (push button, take ticket)
  • Exit (scan ticket, view amount due, pay & print receipt). 
Note: The hotel's guest card readers are on separate hotel access pedestals.  The Exit access pedestal also has a guest card return slot.  The Entry BOXX & Exit BOXX show our most basic functionality.  Many upgrades available.  Contact us to learn more!

Parking System: With 12" Color Screen on Exit

See another Parking BOXX system in action at a Marriott Hotel.  At Entry, a ticket is taken.  The barrier gate arm is a folding arm, which opens after the Entry Ticket is taken by the driver.  Once the gate is safe to pass, the lights on the barrier gate change from red to green. 

At Exit, a full-color screen offers more branding and instructions options.  Payment via end-to-end encrypted credit card is quickly processed real-time for a speedy exit.

Also note the guest card readers mounted to a separate Guest Pedestal with a card return slot to collect room keys after the guests checks out and the barrier gate arm is open.  Note: generally we recommend positioning the Guest Pedestal before the Exit BOXX, however, in retrofit installations, this isn't always an option!

In the Exit Lane, note the Hotel Guest Pedestal is placed in advance of the Exit BOXX, offers double the branding and has a room key card return option to collect guest cards after the guest checks out & the gate arm opens.  Once the barrier gate arm is fully opened, the green lights on the barrier gate change from red to green to indicate that it is safe to proceed!
