Parking Payment Kiosk WithOUT Parking Lot Gates
These walk-up Parking Kiosks allow parking payment for Pay & Display, Pay By License, or Pay By Space. There are no parking lot gates. Vehicle drivers park, then pay for the amount of time they wish to stay. For Pay & Display mode, a receipt is printed the displayed on the vehicle dashboard so that that Parking Enforcement Officers may monitor and determine if a vehicle is not compliant and thus issue a parking violation.
For Pay By Space mode, the Vehicle driver enters the space number in the spot where their vehicle is parked, then pays for the selected amount of time. Reports may be viewed on-line or on parking citation writers. Similarly with the Pay By License mode, the Parker enters their license plate, then pays for parking. To enforce, Parking Enforcement Officers may view valid licenses in a printed format or on-line.
